I did a lot of homework before buying. The fact this is NSF 53 and 42 certified gave me complete peace of mind. The CTO Mac ceramic cartridge in the second stage really polishes the water. Installation was straightforward enough for a weekend DIY project.
The main reason we chose this unit was the Omnipure fluoride filter in the first stage. It is surprisingly hard to find good under-sink systems that actually target fluoride effectively. Tastes fantastic.
